The Denise Allen Band emerged out of a cocoon woven by the influence of The Black Crows, the Pretenders, Bonnie Raitt, Joan Osborne, Pink and a touch of Led. Sultry, sexy, confident and powerful is what you hear in the music from this rock/pop group.

The heart and soul of the band is Denise Allen; singer, song-writer, ultimate rock-n-roll chick. Born in the south, raised on a steady diet of blues and gospel and devoted to the craft of song writing. Her live performances are inspired and passionate. The band’s dynamic, sultry groove provides a platform for Denise’s expressive vocal styling that can take you out on the dance floor as well as deliver moments of heart-wrenching tenderness.
